Team Leader Trainees
The Highland Employer Coalition has been working closely with Highlands and Islands Enterprise, the Customer Contact Association and a range contact centre employers to offer a comprehensive training programme to team leaders . We are delighted to say that the second group of trainees completed their training on the 23rd June 2010 and they can be seen here receiving their certificates.
