We are delighted to be working with Healthy Working Lives for Small to Medium Enterprise, Businesses or Employers. The Highland Employer Coalition are supporting Healthy Working Lives to increase awareness for businesses in Scotland.

Working Health Services – Highland
The aim of the service is to improve health and support individuals to remain in work or return to work. Referrals to the service can be made via:-
To be eligible to access the service, individuals should be of working age and employed by a small to medium sized enterprise (less than 250 employees). They should be based in Scotland and have no access to occupational health or employment assistance programmes. They should also be experiencing a stress, pain or anxiety issues that they are struggling to cope with.
People using the service will be appointed their own case manager and will be contacted within 2 weeks of the referral being received. The service is tailor made to suit the applicants needs and can offer prompt access to locally delivered treatments where appropriate for example:-

- General practitioners
- Health care professionals
- Partner organisations

They should also be experiencing a stress, pain or anxiety issues that they are struggling to cope with.
